With decades of combined experience in the residential and commercial construction, trade, real estate and property spaces, the ASAP Pools team offers a premium, all inclusive, custom concrete pool construction service, unlike any other offered on the Gold Coast. It is through our own experiences over countless projects that we recognised the biggest gap in the pool construction industry - the breakdown of the service promise between the pool builder and the client. Clients, family and friends had all reported lacklustre experiences from other providers previously where they felt communication lacked, poor management meant they were often left to arrange parts of the process themselves (without understanding exactly what that process even was), there were significant additional costs that hadn’t been outlined prior to commencing, and timeframes blew out - often with weeks and months passing with little-to-no progress to their pool build.
